- Voicemail left on our phone line is transcribed by AI, which processes the recording and your caller ID so we can read and respond to it.
These providers process the information on our behalf to coordinate your project. We do not use them to make automated legal or similarly significant decisions about you, and we do not sell this information. You can avoid AI processing of a photo or a voicemail simply by not uploading a photo or leaving a voicemail — a coordinator can still help you by email or text.
Calls, Texts, and Emails
By submitting a form, you agree that Kountertops and a trusted Long Island countertop shop with experienced countertop professionals may contact you about your countertop project by call, text message, or email using the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can ask us to stop contacting you, and you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages when applicable.
