Our Role
Kountertops is a countertop project review and coordination service. We help homeowners organize project information and coordinate a response from a trusted Long Island countertop shop with experienced countertop professionals. Kountertops is not a countertop fabricator, installer, contractor, general contractor, architect, engineer, materials supplier, or home improvement contractor.
Fabrication, installation, pricing, scheduling, measurements, material availability, warranties, permits, licensing, insurance, workmanship, and jobsite work are handled by the countertop shop or other service provider, not by Kountertops.
No Guarantee of Quote, Price, Timeline, or Installation
Any statements about speed or timing on this website — for example that we respond "quickly" or that a project can "move fast" — describe possible or typical response and project movement for certain qualified projects, are estimates only, and are not guarantees or commitments. Actual response time, quote timing, fabrication timing, installation timing, pricing, and project availability depend on factors including project details, completeness of measurements, material availability, shop schedule, service area, customer responsiveness, site conditions, and provider acceptance.
User Submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, measurements, photos, sketches, layouts, files, and notes you submit. Rough sketches and preliminary measurements may help start a conversation, but final pricing and fabrication may require professional templating, verification, or additional site review by the countertop shop.
By submitting files or information, you confirm that you have the right to submit them and allow Kountertops and the trusted countertop shop to use them for project review, quoting, coordination, scheduling, fabrication, installation, recordkeeping, and related communications.
Contact Consent
By submitting a project request, you agree that Kountertops and a trusted Long Island countertop shop with experienced countertop professionals may contact you about your countertop project by call, text message, or email using the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may ask us to stop contacting you, and you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages when applicable.
Free for Homeowners
Kountertops does not charge homeowners to submit a project review request through this website. A countertop shop may pay Kountertops for project coordination, referral, marketing, or lead generation. Any product, service, fabrication, installation, or related cost is between you and the countertop shop or provider.
No Professional Advice
Information on this website is for general project intake and coordination only. It is not construction, engineering, design, legal, tax, insurance, safety, or professional advice. You should confirm all project, safety, building, code, permit, warranty, and contract details directly with the responsible provider.
Third-Party Providers
Kountertops may introduce or coordinate communication with a third-party countertop shop or related provider. We do not control third-party providers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, estimates, representations, contracts, delays, pricing, workmanship, property damage, injuries, warranties, disputes, or compliance obligations.
